1. By using the LDNS.pl service (available at ldns.pl), you comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
2. These Terms may be updated over time. Significant changes will be posted in the Announcements section. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
3. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained legal guardian consent.
§2. Rules of Use & Restrictions
1. Users must comply with local laws. You are responsible for content hosted on your subdomains.
2. Prohibited Acts: Using domains for illegal purposes (scamming, phishing, malware) is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating this rule.
3. API Limits: Although our service is free, abuse of APIs is prohibited. Rate limits apply. We reserve the right to block IPs abusing our resources.
4. Forbidden Keywords: To minimize risk, we do not allow the following keywords in domain names:
konto, klient, hasło, haslo, potwierdzenie, wsparcie, account, alerts, auth, confirm, customer, identity, login, password, reset, secure, security, support, update, verification, verify
§3. Security & Personal Data
1. The Administrator of your personal data is Jacek Lange - Usługi Informatyczne.
2. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
3. We collect email addresses solely for technical purposes (activation, password reset, alerts). We do not share data with third parties.
4. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data (you can delete your account anytime via the dashboard).
§4. Disclaimer of Warranty
1. Your use of the LDNS service is entirely at your own risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LDNS.pl does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. LDNS.pl is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of its services.
